State Specific Question About: COLORADO (CO)
I am in the process of evicting tenents from my property. Rules are I have to have enough men there to get all of their stuff out of the 3 bedroom home in one hour. It seems impossible to do this without damaging any of their property. What are the guidelines regarding damages? --75.171.xxx.xx |

It might behoove them to get their own stuff out before you have to. you'll only be able to be so careful in one hour. --70.246.xxx.xxx |

I agree Reid, however it looks like that is not going to happen. Do you or anyone else know if I am liable for any damage to thier property? They are the type of people that will drag me to court for a scratch on a piece of furniture --75.171.xxx.xx |

Either use a moving company so you shift the liability to them or be there with a camera and forms to record all existing damages. --174.48.xxx.xx |

Remember all those people who didn't help you paint or clean the shrubbery, call them and tell them it is all you can carry home after it stops at the sidewalk for 12 seconds. and have them bring family, lots of family. --99.160.xx.x |
