Someone has brought some pets to your property and you are not happy. Well, if they are just visiting for the holiday, maybe you could just let it go.

If they are small and not dangerous, you might consider letting them stay and amending the lease so that the owner needs to know they have to clean up after the pets.

In this economy it is better to put up with some critters than go looking for another renter. --76.99.xxx.xx

if they are there aFTER 2 WEEKAS OR SO THEY AREB PERMANENT.WHAT DO U HAVE?type and quantity?tenants do this all the time.tenants dont give a d about rental agreement in this regard in my experience. --208.58.x.xx
