I'm seconding Tyler! Try to get a flat rate deal and only choose eviction specialists, not a Jack of all Trades.
Where did you go wrong? How was that tenant screened? Is he collectible? How was his credit? How long was he renting from you?
Why wait so long? ...
you verified the rental history? You have a photocopy of government ID?

Hopefully you can file 2 claims at the same price, first one to get unit back then 30 days after forced moveout you can seek money damages to repair the unit, start taking movein and damage photos each cycle, court uses them to help you win - flat fee lawyer should cost about 3-350 bux, get one and watch how they behave in courtroom. --76.241.xxx.xx |
