Kinda depends on how related. Room and board ? if that includes room , maid service, meals . laundry of linens and bedding, I'd say somewhere in the neighborhood of $800/month if you like the kid , More if you don't --70.250.xxx.xxx |

You should have a full-blown lease (from here or elsewhere) for any living arrangement.
Check prices of other rooms of comparable size and quality locally - no one here will be able to price it for you. --68.8.xxx.xx |

Someone getting room and board traditionally do not have leases but rather as owner of the boarding house you Post 'House Rules" the boarder is expected to abide by these rules and infractions can result in you evicting the boarder. Boarding / rooming houses in most states have separate rules and laws more in line with Hotels/ motels and B&B's . In some places if your boarder were not related to you , you would have to have your kitchen inspected by you state food service people and you would have to have a special license. --70.250.xxx.xxx |

Rooming house and whole house tenancy are gonna be different local rules but some overlap of the basics - you need to know your local rules of hotel type business. --76.241.xxx.xxx |
