State Specific Question About: COLORADO (CO)
We have been tenants for 1 1/2 yrs. How hard will it be to get our deposit back if we have cleaned well, done no damage and never been late with our rent?

compare your move-in checklist with now. if in same condition, except for normal wear & tear then should be no problem. --97.94.xxx.xx |

Shouldn't be a problem at all.
You didn't mention anything about a lease. Are you leaving early? Or is this a month to month agreement? --70.21.xxx.xxx |

Assuming you have fulfilled your Lease, I'd give you your deposit back, and big thank you, and possibly an extra hundred bucks if you kept your house in model home clean condition so I could show it while you were still there!
And a Big Thank You! --65.54.xx.xxx |
