often u have a shot at recovering some rent after they leave if they are working.u can take them into scc.its a pita so if the amount is small i would just move on.sometimes they will pay u 50 a month or so.them they stop and u go back into court.if they are not working just wait.often they will get a job at some point. --208.58.x.xx
