Start standard eviction procedures today for non-payment of rent. What does the weather have to do with it? As far as I know, no state actually has a "you can't evict when it is colder than BLAH" law -- tenants just want you to think that. :)

Cheap RV antifreeze is hard to get at the moment in my town. Winterization is a possibility for me. No way am I trying space/ kerosene heating again. Happy renting. --216.96.xx.xxx
