State Specific Question About: WISCONSIN (WI)
I just became a new owner of a 4 unit apartment. Along with this, there was a need to rerent all four units. I went with what the previous owners were charging for the rent, utilities ect., but know finding out that I,ve short changed myself in the cost of utilities. My question is, can I redo my rent rates to cover the cost or do I need to wait untill the rental agrrement comes do next year? --69.215.xxx.xxx |

Congrats! If you have already rented them, then you have a written agreement in place. Just as you expect your tenants to abide by the lease, you do too.
You need to wait until the lease term is up. --76.97.x.xxx |

With a montht to month contract, you can change with a 30 day notice. --76.176.xx.xxx |

I am going to buy a rental. Do I have to take the old lease agreement? The seller told me it is a month-to-month agreement but now I find they just signed new lease!
Do I need care about that? I have planned to increase the rent! --38.100.xxx.xx |
