State Specific Question About: MINNESOTA (MN)

Does anyone have a form or list of questions they use for inherited tenants, regarding job, emergency contacts, even social security number, etc?

I have an inherited tenant who has lived in a fourplex for a more than 10 years. I bought this building more than five years ago, and I let it slide because he is a professional who I thought would soon buy a house. I know, excuses. Excuses.

I would ask for

1. current employer, supervisor's name, and thier direct work number

2. SSN

3. emergency contact (name, phone, and relationship)

4. make/ model of current vehicle and license tab number (or you could just observe their vehicle and not ask directly for this)

From their monthly rent check, I would make a note of their bank name and account number.
