State Specific Question About: KENTUCKY (KY)
Is there anyway I can access public criminal records here in Ky via the internet rather than driving all the way down town to commonwealth records?A site without a fee would be great. --74.129.xxx.xxx |

We can search in Va online, but it has to be done by county, so it takes a while here. I always ask questions, like where have you lived? I did a search for "Kentucky court cases info" & found this site:
h t t p : //apps.kycourts.net/CourtRecords/
If that doesn't come up when you type it in your browser, just do a search on Kentucky court cases info. --71.51.xx.xxx |

I use w w w dot publicdata dot com
They charge a few cents a search, it's almost free. --76.248.x.xxx |

Dejay -- so do you do the $25/year plan? I can't find a way to do just a few searches. I guess I could do the $10/month plan for just one month, but that isn't really great either if I just want to do a search a few times a year...
Just curious what you do. Thanks.

I pay $25 year. Even if you only use it to screen for one vacancy it's worthwile. Especially if it keeps one felon out of your house.

Maybe. I wish that they showed better sample data. I did a couple of searches on KNOWN FELONS here in Michigan and found no matches. Makes me wonder how complete their data is for my state. I'm not going to pay them $25/year to run a search that says "no criminal records found" on people that I know are convicted felons.
