A Term lease that is not renewed and the tenant remains by default goes automatically to a month to month rental agreement. With the same agreements in the document. Only the term is month to month.

Just an FYI, Josh, that is not true in all states. In some states, if the agreement states nothing and neither party terminates, the agreement renews for another "same" term. LL's must check THEIR state law. Most do default but not all. And of course it depends on the actual wording in the agreement as well. --207.200.xxx.xxx
