State Specific Question About: OKLAHOMA (OK)

What software do you recommend? We are looking to track initial investment, expenses, depretiation, capitol gains as well as tenant information, rental cash flow. Is there a program out there tailored to capture all this? We are familiar with Quick Books pro. We bought Quicken Rental Property manager but it doesn't have ways of tracking depreciation/appreciation. Should we stick with Quick Books or is there one that captures all this?

I am not a whole lot of help, but I bought Mike Butler's programs this weekend. One is Tenant Tracking and the other is the Investor Module. They work with Quickbooks Pro. You can check out his website: mikebutler.com

I should have time next week to get everything entered and start using it. --66.17.xxx.xxx

The Tenant Tracker Overlay that shawn(sd) suggests is very good. I've used it to handle up to @165units at one time... Its an overlay that requires Quickbooks Pro. No need to learn how to run software..., or keep a property management software running seperately from a bookeeping package. best bang for the buck.

He's changed the name..., i guess to invester module.... i use that for my short-term wholesale/rehab business... again an overlay on quickbooks. easy to use.

you'll get lots of opinions.... i suggest you try to find someone with the software your considering..., and go for a test run. --75.181.xxx.xxx

Quickbooks by itself is fine.

I'd recomend using what your accountant recomends. --24.21.xx.xx
