State Specific Question About: NEVADA (NV)
What is the beast way to start an eviction. I have a tenant that is 2 months behind in their rental payments. The house is in Las Vegas, NV.
Thank!

i start eviction on 5th and think u should too if permitted by your state.dont delay.if its your first eviction i suggest an atty who does these things.if property is over 30 minute drive from your house i think u should sell it.too many long distance problems.good luck --208.58.x.xx |

I have to agree with immediately finding a R.E. attorney. Many LL's use lawyers for evictions even when they aren't long distance. I also agree with selling. If not, you need a GOOD management outfit. --66.32.xxx.xx |
