State Specific Question About: NEVADA (NV)

What is the beast way to start an eviction. I have a tenant that is 2 months behind in their rental payments. The house is in Las Vegas, NV.

hmmm...lond distance landlording...sounds like your best bet is to hire an experienced eviction lawyer in Vegas...call the Vegas Bar Association to get a few names to start... --71.168.xx.xxx

i start eviction on 5th and think u should too if permitted by your state.dont delay.if its your first eviction i suggest an atty who does these things.if property is over 30 minute drive from your house i think u should sell it.too many long distance problems.good luck --208.58.x.xx

I have to agree with immediately finding a R.E. attorney. Many LL's use lawyers for evictions even when they aren't long distance. I also agree with selling. If not, you need a GOOD management outfit. --66.32.xxx.xx
