State Specific Question About: NEW HAMPSHIRE (NH)
An update to a recent post.
Our orginally T/L evcition held up in court.
The tenant counterfiling for illegal eviction was dismissed for lack of evidence because we produced witnesses, photos, receipts and timelines.
All Landlords of southern NH please beware of the following individuals: Amy Douglas or her boyfriend George Henney. Run your own credit/criminal background check to make your own risk assessment on these individuals.

While your intentions are surely good and trying to save others headaches, you might reconsider posting specific names. This could open you up to charges of slander even though you won in court. Each LL is responsible to do his/her own checks, and the best thing you can do to help them is report unpaid judgments to credit agencies. --168.166.xx.xx |

Indeed -- especially when just a quick search finds at least 4 different "Amy Douglas"es in NH... Even if you are accurate on one, you may have just slandered another 3...
