State Specific Question About: COLORADO (CO)

I want to find a good landlord to watch over my property and rent it out. I am trying not to have a big company watch over my house i dont feel right having someone that keeps track of 300 rental properties. Maybe I should have a big management company take care of the house. Which is better is what i am asking and where do i find the better one? --75.71.xx.xxx

Go to NARPM.org to find a professional in your area. NARPM is the National Association of Residential Property Managers, and there are many members throughout Colorado who subscribe to a high ethical standard and are committed to education and staying at the forefront of the industry. Wallace has a great checklist on how to select a professional manager. --207.69.xxx.xxx

Ditto Susan; however, 300 units is not a BIG PM firm - 1,000 is a BIG FIRM and they will have the necessary depth of experience and staff to handle your property.

Stay away from real estate agents posing as property managers when they have no experience or training and need to make $$$ --205.188.xxx.xxx
