State Specific Question About: COLORADO (CO)
I want to find a good landlord to watch over my property and rent it out. I am trying not to have a big company watch over my house i dont feel right having someone that keeps track of 300 rental properties. Maybe I should have a big management company take care of the house. Which is better is what i am asking and where do i find the better one? --75.71.xx.xxx |

Ditto Susan; however, 300 units is not a BIG PM firm - 1,000 is a BIG FIRM and they will have the necessary depth of experience and staff to handle your property.
