Landlords never lose the right to collect rent until the actual foreclsoure takes place, the actual sale . You can even evict the tenant during foreclosure. --71.239.xxx.xxx

To clarify I owen 3 properties that I can not aford to maintain. I'm upside down and one has been unoccupied for a year. I have been SCREWED over so bad on this.
