State Specific Question About: ALABAMA (AL)

I'm setting up my lease option forms which will be two seperate forms, 1. lease agreement 2.option agreement. I'm trying to make sure that the lease agreement form is state specific. Is anyone familiar with Alabama specific lease agreement forms? Also, does my option agreement have to be state specific?

The lease laws is specific in Alabama. I am at my school office. I will try to find the link later today to the current laws. There are such things as security deposit can not be more than one month's rent and an accounting of the security deposit has to be mailed within 21 days. I will try to find the link.

I could not post a link, so search "code of alabama". Then go to title 35-9A code of Alabama 1975. The act is known as the URLTA Uniform Residential Landlord Tenant Act. Looks like this act appealed much of the old Title 35 code as it applies to residetial LLT law.
