You are late, but hopefully the tenant won't cause any problems for you. Don't forget to include the copy of your estimated property tax statement you got back in November. Again it would be late, but perhaps they won't cause you any problems.

Just google Certificate of Rent Paid MN. They are supposed to be given to renters no later than 1/31 each year. Better late than never! I always include a letter encouraging my renters (mostly students) to take the time to submit these as it almost always guarantees a 19% rebate. Good luck.
