My last eviction was in the second week of December, 2005.

The only place in in New England that "rule" exists is in the minds of tenants about to be evicted.

If you've got a problem tenant and don't have any eviction experience under your belt, hire an attorney who specifically handles LL/tenant law and get rid of him/her/them ASAP. The sooner you get a good tenant in there, the happier you'll be. --72.93.xxx.xxx
