I have tenant who was given a 60 day Notice of Termination. Now that her lease has expired she still occupying the property. The eviction process has already been started but the house needs to have major repairs done to it. So I was wondering can i just go into the house and start doing the needed repairs, like plumbing and removing the refrigerator since she is no longer on a lease should i just treat her as a trespassing or do i have to give her ass some respect. --70.160.xxx.xx
