State Specific Question About: NEVADA (NV)

Hi everyone,

Are there anyone in Reno, Nv area that have a recommendation for a good RE attorney or at least someone who can help set up an LLC? I justed talked with someone that came recommended and I wasted an hour of half of my time and felt like he didn't know what he ws talking about. He said that I should put my properties (all rentals I've had for many years) into S-Corps. That goes against everything I've learned about RE and LLCs. Any thoughts? Referrals?
