Neighborhood is good. Worthless applicants is the issue. I don't think lowering the rent will help me. I have an application now for a couple who has never rented. I require a full bank statement be uploaded into the app. Applicant is seemingly baulking at that, so I may have to pass on them as well. --209.122.xx.xxx |
