Your online pics are the new curb appeal. If your pics are not sharp and well lit prospects will swipe to the next home.

Gotta have good clean bright light. Camera flash and other lights don't cut it.

I have tried a zillion different lights for taking interior photos of homes.

THIS is the one I now use and highly recommend. I wear it on a lanyard around my neck. Combined with my iPhone 12 (or higher) non-distorting wide angle lens I get great shots.

Harbor Freight, ICON brand, 2100 lumens!!! (This will make the entire basement glow!) Wide angle, rechargeable from your cig lighter.

It's normally $54 but now on sale for $39.

A deductible business expense!

BRAD

True.

When listing, I require a minimum of 50 in / out pics

along with drone video and one night time picture with

the lights on.

If an Agent tells me that's overkill, I say Next ! --69.130.xxx.xxx

Just make sure you go to the real harbor freight site and NOT the one that says go.harborfreight

thanks for the tip BRAD!!!!! --65.188.xxx.xxx

Brad, I noticed 2 things.

1) You seemed to have lost 20,000

2) when I try and take pictures with my phone and I am near the LED lights, it somehow puts a dark line in the picture. What is the fix for that? --76.129.xxx.xx

6man,

Weird. The name must have autofilled AND filled state as IND. I fixed the state to IN but did not notice the name.

The fact this is a post about being cheap should show you it's truly me!

LED lights - start by cleaning the lens and if you have a lens protective cover inspect it with a magnifying glass. Might have a speck of dust between the layers.

iPhones don't like backlight like from bright windows. It confuses the light levels. The floodlight helps brighten the room so the backlight is not overly bright in comparison.

Thank you, Brad.

If I cut the LED backlight off than the problem goes away. --76.129.xxx.xx
