Alert: The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) unveiled
a rule ordering debt collectors to inform tenants about their rights under the CDC eviction ban. Landlords that violate the ban can face a $200K fine and a year in jail. This new "rule" will take effect May 3rd. This is hogwash as it does not address all the tenants falsifying these documents. --108.34.xxx.xx |

Just send the form to tenant with whatever your court accepts as proof of delivery and cross examine the 5 -questions only- and if the form is incomplete then ask for a -pre covid- eviction and setout to follow. --76.188.xxx.xxx |
