One of my goals is to be significantly less hands on in the rental business. Turnovers are a huge issue. My question is have folks used & thought about using the below for turnovers:
- Shomojo
-Rently
-Tenant Turnover
-Realtor
Thought/experiences???

I use Tenant Turner. I looked at the others and for me it came down to TT and showmojo. It boiled down to the fact that I liked the people at TT better and thought I would get better support.
Bottom line is I love it. I do lockbox showings and it is common for me to receive applications and get them mostly processed without ever talking to the applicant.
I would like the system even if I were doing in person showings. It would cut down on a lot of time taking calls and setting appointments. --166.137.xxx.xxx |

I also use Tenant Turner now thanks to RazorbackTim. It is a game changer Laura, if you want to talk to me about it, there are a few people here that have my contact info. Brad, SID, Sisco, and a few others. If you know anyone who may have their contact info, feel free to get my # through the grapevine and give me a call. --50.32.xxx.xxx |

Less hands on? You mean make it a looser?
You say TURNOVERS are Hugh issue. We say turn overs are a HUGH money maker. In today's economy its HUGH HUGH HUGH.
Can't wait for some ones lease to expire or invoke the ELT.
Can you say rents are stagnant without turnovers-- can you say entitlement on long term tenants. Can you say your property's are not updated consistently?
My experience is: turn it out of your hands and kiss your business good-bye. --99.103.xxx.xxx |
