C & A Solutions, LLC is a valuable partner in my property management efforts. With the C & A automatic bank drafts, I get my rent checks reliably and on time. The program saves me countless trips to the mail box and the anxiety of waiting for the tenants to "get around" to sending the check. I never hear "I couldn't find an envelope," or "I didn't have a stamp." For the few dollars I spend with C & A the checks are always in my mailbox several days early. Trips to the post office and bank are at my convenience.
My tenants like the service and some applicants mention that they have been wishing their previous landlords had a similar service. Some selling features are the convenience for the tenant and that there is a physical check which I can deposit a day late if the tenant needs me to.
An applicant's willingness to use the bank draft program has become one of my criterion for selecting tenants. Applicants that are not interested in using the service are less desirable to me and that is a way I can objectively deny applicants that may not be the best choice.
Some products are loved based on how well they work. The test also comes when there are problems. In the eight years I have used C & A, I have had only one issue and that was handled by Claudia quickly, efficiently and cheerfully.
