ABOUT HAVING YOUR OWN WEB PAGE FOR-RENT ADS

1) What if I wish to utilize the WEB PAGE FOR-RENT AD service for just a short-term basis, because I do not anticipate needing to promote one single family home for a full year, only a few months?
You can pay "only" for one month periods at a time under the BASIC rate. This makes sense if you only have one vacancy that you are trying to fill, and once filled you do not anticipate any more vacancies this year or perhaps just one more time within the next twelve months. The BASIC rate allows you to pay on an "as needed" basis.

2) How does this RentConnection market its rentals to the public?
They advertise in newspapers and magazines nationwide. They also advertise on related Web sites that get a lot of traffic. They also position their site on many search engines, so they attract prospective residents who search key words such as 'rentals', 'homes' and 'vacation rentals.'

5) After I get a new renter for one of my vacancies, what happens when that resident moves and I need to promote that same property again? Will I have to re-enter all the information again?
Upon request, after your property is rented your web page property description can be "deactivated" not deleted from the system, so that should you have a vacancy in the same property in the future, you simply contact us to have your web page "reactivated" and presto your information is back available to the public without you having to re-enter all the information

6) Why should I use this service and not one of the other BIG websites promoting properties for rent?
Almost all of the other BIG websites promoting rentals, mostly promote apartments for rent. Even though they may list rental homes, the majority of their available rentals are apartments. This service promotes predominantly single family rentals, and two-to-four family buildings. Apartments are promoted, but again the majority of rentals available are single family homes. 8) How fast am I able to add a web page listing once I know of an upcoming vacancy?
You can actually prepare a web page listing in advance, before the property is vacant. And if you purchase the Large Landlord/Manager package, you can create web page listings for all of your properties, not just the listings that are vacant. Because of a special program feature, you can deactivate a home whenever it is not vacant, and reactivate it when it is. So your web page listings can be ready to go instantly and be exposed to prospective renters. Plus, another feature of this service helps you not to forget when to start promoting your properties. When a listing is added in the homes database, you can set the activation time automatically. For example: If a home is going on the market on June 20th, you may set the "Date Available" to June 10th, that way you will be receiving calls on the home before it's even vacant!
