Richmond, VA 23229-4656 MEMBERSHIP INFO R.I.N.G invites anyone to visit the group for free to get an overview of our vision, mission statement and membership benefits. Our officers and members are available to answer any specific questions that new visitors may have and we all welcome new faces! Upon deciding to become a member, R.I.N.G requests payment of $50.00 per YEAR for membership. That amount is pro-rated for those joining mid-way or at the end of the year. Everyone seems to agree that for less than $5.00 a month it is well worth it!
