South Central Colorado. Generally we serve the greater Colorado Springs area. We have members who come from Denver, the greater Colorado Springs area, and Pueblo. PURPOSE OF ASSOCIATION
The purpose of the Pikes Peak Landlords and Investors Goup (PPLIG) is to promote fair, ethical and professional property management practices throughout the rental community. It is through education that landlords and investors can simultaneously promote the common good while achieving success in their real estate investment goals. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
Network with successful Landlords and Investors. Use of meetings and newsletters to publicize your business or properties. Education on areas affecting landlords and investors. Alerts regarding pending legislation or ordinances which may affect members. Information regarding newly enacted statutes or ordinances affecting the membership. Presentations from experts in a variety of fields important to the membership. MONTHLY MEETINGS
All meetings will be the second Tuesday of each Month, unless notified of change. Meeting place is the Senior Center at 1514 N. Hancock in Colorado Springs (Golf Acres Shopping Center). MEMBERSHIP INFO
Anyone who agrees with the PPLIG Purpose is invited to join the group. Membership dues are from November 1 through the following October 31 and total $36 for the year. If you join during the fiscal year, the dues are prorated. Bring a guest to their first meeting and get an extra ticket for the door prize. First visit as a guest is FREE.
