Also, learn the current policy regarding the validity of forms once new or updated versions become available. * Find out what the EPA will require of you if a resident challenges you on whether you followed proper disclosure procedures. * Learn what disclosures are required regarding various circumstances, i.e., for common areas, for vacant properties, at time of renewal and when selling your properties. * Civil Penalties and enforcement by the EPA.
