It is the only national Convention specifically targeted for the Mom and Pop Landlords, where the vast majority of the attendees actually already own rental property. Based on the last 16 years of doing this event, we anticipate between 250 and 350 attendees. Platinum Sponsor. Platinum Sponsors will be featured during the Convention, plus receive the following benefits includes:
- 2 VIP Luncheon Tickets (1 ticket for 2 of the 3 days of the event).

- The opportunity to take up to 30 minutes in front of the entire audience at one of the VIP Luncheons to introduce your service or product and respond to questions from the audience.
- Opportunity for you to hang your company banner in the main Convention area that will be displayed during all 3 days.
- Web banner advertisement displayed on the MrLandlord.com website for two months ($1200 Bonus Value).

Q.) How many break-out sessions/opportunities does our company have to interact with your customers?
A.) There will be at least 5 breaks each day, along with Early-Bird coffee sessions each morning courtesy of our Sponsors.
Q.) Will our company be able to address attendees from the front of the room?
A.) Yes. Each Silver sponsor will be given 1 to 2 minutes to talk from the front of the room. Additional time is given for Gold, Platinum and Diamond Sponsors.
Q.) Who is it that attends your convention?
A.) 95% of those who attend the MrLandlord.com actually own rental property. On average, between 5-20 rentals with many attendees having an even larger portfolio.
Q.) Will our company be able to pass out literature to the attendees?
A.) Yes. Each sponsor will be given a table (or the equivalent area where they can put up a booth) where they can display and handout company literature, pens or any other pre-approved promotional materials.
