The Section 236 project rents are determined by the Department of Housing and Urban Development in Portland, Oregon. Most pay the Basic rent or more depending on their income. The Section 8 project rents are determined by the U.S. Department of HUD and are administered by Oregon Housing. Most pay aproximately 30% of their gross income for rent and utilities. |
