These pacakages are a general guideline.  Additional services or features are available on a time-and-materials basis; ask for a quote!
  • BASIC PACKAGE - $99 for a Three-Page Site -  Main Page, Properties For Rent/Sale Page, Option* Page.  One picture may be included anywhere on the site.
  • Hosting - FREE for 3 months, $15/month thereafter
  • Updates to site - $15/update, 1 free update included per month when you start paying for monthly hosting.  Updates can include:  Addition/subtraction of property listings (up to 5) or changes to your Option Page.  Any change in your contact information - email address, mailing address, phone number, etc. - will be changed free of charge.
