Q & A LIBRARY / ARCHIVES

You asked for it, you've now got it!! By far, the most requested "wish" by website visitors is, "Please make available Q & A postings/archives from previous months and years."

Great news!! The new mrlandlord.com Q & A LIBRARY of archives is OPEN 24 hours a day to our website visitors. I invite you to browse through the thousands of pages. You can learn from our one-of-a-kind Landlord Library day or night, seven days a week, by going to our home page, and click on "Q & A Library" on the left hand index, or, if you just came from our Library, click the words "Return To Q & A Search" on the upper left hand side of this page to return.

There's TONS of information and answers to thousands of all types of landlording questions in our Library, which now allows you to search back through all of the Q & A discussions in 2002 and 2001.

Just like with our main Q & A Forum, it should be understood however that these are simply "suggested" landlording answers and all individuals contributing to our Q & A are volunteering information from their wealth of experience. Therefore, since there is no accountability for responses given, and landlord laws vary from state to state and because some contributors have less landlording experience than others, be cautious as you read any single suggestion. We suggest that you read MANY responses to get various or confirming answers and seek professional assistance when needed. Also, it is always good to note the state a visitor is from when reading their tip.

In addition, over the last couple of years many mrlandlord.com visitors have noted that there are some regular Q & A contributors that have a track record of giving helpful information. However, If you are new to our Q & A Library, as you browse our Library and review questions and answers, you would not know which tips are from our regular contributors. So, we have listed some of those contributors below (in no particular order). Final note; you still must still be cautious when reading tips of anyone, because there may be someone who impersonates another contributor. Though the regular contributors will be the first to tell you that they personally gain tremendously from the information shared on our Q & A, we thank all of you for your informative contributions and tips from your experiences. We will be adding to this list, and if you notice that a particular contributor has offered a lot of helpful information to this Library and would like to suggest the name of that regular contributor to be added to this list (or if you feel one should be removed), email editor@mrlandlord.com.

With our Q & A Library, there will be continuing editing done to the archived discussions and pages. If you find any postings that are offensive or providing inaccurate information, please email editor@mrlandlord.com and give us the webpage address or URL of the discussion we should consider removing. Since the items in our Library are actually archived information, it is NOT possible to post or add any new replies at the end of any of the discussions in the Library. However, you're invited to post any new questions or responses on our main Q & A Forum (just click the Q & A "Key" toward the top of this page).

There are two ways to search the Q & A Library.
Option 1) You can search any WORD or PHRASE of your choice. The Library search feature will look for an "exact" match of whatever word or phrase you enter (though it does not matter if you use lower or upper case letters).
Option 2) There is a second search feature which allows you to search "popular" terms which are frequently asked topics by visitors to our Q & A. Using either or both search options, you can start your search for a given year, for example 2002 and repeat the process and other available years as well, searching the same term or other terms. Enjoy our Library and learn a lot from the experiences of fellow rental owners. Send an email to webmaster@mrlandlord.com with any comments about our awesome new Landlord Library. MRLANDLORD.com continues to be the #1 website on the Internet where landlords go to get answers!

PLEASE NOTE: Library searches are limited and retrieve up to 100 of prior year discussions for any given search term. We therefore make it possible and encourage visitors to create their own Personal Q&A Library to ensure that you have future access to any discussions that you find pertinent or helpful to your specific real estate interests/business.

If you were just on our Q & A Library, click the words "Return To Q & A Search" on upper left hand side of the page to return now! Or go to our home page and click "Q & A Library" on the left hand index.
