 The purpose of LCAA is to: Improve the rental real estate industry, and provide for an exchange of information and experience. Aid in the enforcement and enactment of beneficial legislation. Disseminate useful information to all members and inspire them to further educate themselves.
Monthly Meetings
The Association meets the fourth Thursday of each month, except November and December. (November's meeting is the third Thursday, and there is no meeting in December.)
Dinner starts at 6:00 P.M., and the meeting at 7:00 P.M. at the Indian Mound Smorgasbord in Heath. Guests and prospective member are welcome (2-meeting maximum). Cost for the evening is just $7.50.
January 25 - Forms You Need - along with a review and time for questions regarding the eviction process, we've collected a great packet of forms. Application, lease, move in - move out, 30 day notice....about 20 different forms - from the absolutely necessary to those that are really handy to have in your files.
February 22 - Tax Tips - Tim Solt, of Wilson Shannon and Snow, will share tax tips with us. It is that time of year again! Bring your questions, and feel free to bring a guest.
March 22 - Heath Fire Department - swings by our meeting for a refresher and time for questions. Does that extinguisher need recharged....and where IS the best place for the basement smoke detector?? As always, there'll be a story or two! Membership
Rental property owners may join. Under 10 units - $90. 11-35 units - $120. 36 or more units - $180. Rental Application and Lease furnished to new members. Associate Membership - For businesses and/or individuals not owning rental property or representing a rental-property owner. Great opportunity to network with members!! $75
