We are preparing a vacant rental to sell

All of the rooms currently have ceiling fans

Should they star or should they go?

I'd say stay as long as they look right. If you have any that seem "out of place" then I'd remove. For example, let's say you at one time had an extra 52" fan and it's in a tiny bedroom...it may look funny because it's too large. If so, remove it. Otherwise they are a good selling point...as long as they don't wobble or make noise. --64.38.xxx.xxx

To sell, why wouldn't you keep them? They are an amenity. Of course, if they are an ugly old design from 40 years ago get rid of them. --73.141.xxx.xxx
