(Showing my age with a cartoon reference)

Current res texted asking about bring home a dog. Replies with the usual $150 Registration Fee and $35 per month, please send a photo.

She replies OK, charge her account along with a photo of a cute doggie.

Look closely - there is a CAT in the background!

I text back "Ok on the dog but I also see a cat."

She replies "I was going to ask about adding the cat."

2 x $150 = $300, plus $70 per month.

One of my newer tenants asked about getting a cat. Wanted to be sure that what they read on the lease wall all that was expected.

I loved it. Got my $100 reg fee and added $25/mo to the rents.

Didn't get the extra pet rent on my invoice for the first month as I forgot to change it. Not worried tho as the tenant got rid of a cat that was roaming the neighborhood. Crawling under cars and going into apartments. An ex-tenant used to own it.

It was worth $25 for her to take it to the pound instead of me dealing with it. --107.147.xx.xx
