Sort of a takeoff of another post- I did my own test this week. In 2 weeks I had gotten about 80 hits beteen Hotpads, Zillow and Trulia ( Hotpads lists to all 3 sites). Out of 80, only 2 qualified to see the home. One had found a place closer to where he needed to be and one decided the area wasn’t a good fit. So I pulled the add and went somewhere real warm ( and off the grid) for a little while. I put an add on CL only on the way home to see if I would do any better. I got lots of replies....but they were all from one very desperate person who wants to see it and wants to see it NOW!! Back to Hotpads I go. --71.10.xxx.xxx |
