Occupation/employment? Not employed
Reason moving/how long at current res? my child and i have been living with my grandparents.i have livedwith them off and on my whole life.
Vehicles? Two
Working lawnmower? no but my papa would let me use his.
Current monthly household income? ---
Where are you currently staying and what are you paying? with my grandparents and nothing.
Anything else you would like to add? ---

I get hundreds of these emails via zillow for every vacancy, and I don't spend more than a second to look at their self-reported credit and income. I find it a waste of time to think about unqualified applicants, almost as much a waste of time as having a showing for an unqualified applicant.

What is a companion cat/dog? Aren't all pets companion animals? Sounds like more nonsense. --174.201.xx.xx |

Exactly Sid. Funny thing is she never once mentioned where any of the money would come from or if she was on some kind of housing program???
NE, that is exactly what I have always said. Companionship; is that not what 99 percent of our animals are for? --24.20.xxx.xxx |

You’ve been punk’d!
Probably something a bunch of friends do for fun while partaking in question one. --172.58.xxx.xxx |

Agree, something else is going on, rent too high or too low.
I would simplify the questionnaire to get only the most crucial information. The vehicles and the lawnmower can be asked about later on the rental application.

I'm not that crazy to run an open add for anyone to see. But instead target my applicants. In a "B" or "C" are I post no signs on the property, I don't want to attract the riff-raft driving through the area.
