Tenant applied. My denial reasons are multileveled. Bad news all around, living at an Air BnB now, with no local address put on the application. Just send the denial note to his out of state address? Then block his number? I don’t care further contact again by phone or text. What would you do?

I would copy the denial letter to his email, then block the phone number. Email is easy to delete. --131.151.xx.xx
