I believe many banks use this to determine if someone qualifies for a checking account. If they failed the check then typically a bank doesn't want their business. --216.186.xxx.xx

telecheck is a ck gtd svce. it means here that tenant has bounced checks. banks use a different service to verify bank account histories b4 they will let an account be opened. --70.119.xxx.xxx
