I am considering applying for my own apartment on Zillow. I want to see how much information is input by the prospective renter versus how much Zillow's credit screening provides. Might be worth the $20 cost to see how it works from both sides. --98.146.xxx.xxx |

Zillow wants applicant to pay $29/screening, and I don't get all the info I'd need based on what they do. For Class C tenants, that much $ is a non-starter.
My thought is Zillow apps is for overworked PMs of Class B or higher properties who just want a reasonably okay chance of getting a decent tenant. I'm pickier than that. --173.20.xxx.xxx |

I like my own information the way I expect it. Although I also like to MEET and TALK to the prospective tenants to make sure it's not just a "looks good on paper". I need to ensure that there won't be any issues or concerns.

Make sure you get a paper application. I couldn{t print the Zillow application or credit report, tried using my cell phone to take photos of the report. Maybe you can figure out how to document the results for your file --201.140.xxx.xx |
