Can't remember if we have discussed this before, but how many ladders do you have? I think I may be a ladder over achiever, I have 8.

Two step- slightly wobbly, about as good as is available at big box stores.

Three step- very stable, very expensive. Bought it at the state fair from one of the vendors. Worth every cent. I’ll see if I can add the brand name tomorrow.

Four step will be ordered from vendor at state fair this year. Two step can go in recycling then.

Adjustable A frame ladder. Don’t know how long, maybe 17’ ? I cannot lift it in place when fully extended straight, just not strong enough, given how short I am, when y’all all that length out there to make the arc up. But, with just one more slot left to extend, I can just reach the peak of the gable on one house, have to stick it in the back of my pickup to reach the gables on a different house. Rest of the houses are hip roof, no need to reach gables.

Do NOT do this readers. Most truck beds are slick, mine has rubberized coating. Very grippy. Even then, I sometimes do dangerous/ stupid stuff. This was probably one of those times.

I need to try standing in the bed of the truck, fully extending the ladder, put ladder’s fees on the GROUND, then might just to be able to get the ladder up properly on that taller house. Maybe will give me the height needed to make the swing/arc. Then I could move the truck and go paint. It took a bit of time to find all the teensy paint splatters off the truck last time. Another reason to not stick ladder in truck bed.

Around ten. One is a Little Giant multi use ladder. It fits inside the SUV and extends to about 17 feet.

Last year purchased two Little Giant ladders - a 27 foot and a 17 foot. Each has the self-leveling legs , which is a game changer. Both can fit inside my Nissan Rogue SUV.

2 4 footers, 1 6' and 1 8', all a frames. All inherited from flip houses I bought. 1 16' extension ladder I bought. Any higher and I have someone do it, fear of heights.

NO idea. I won't get on one anymore. At least not a LADDER ladder, I will do step stools with larger steps.

I need a step stool to get clothes out of my dryer! It is stacked on top of washer and I can't reach the socks in the back.

I need a two-step stool in kitchen to reach top cabinet shelves.
