Just got done laying allure in my smallest rental. It's a micro unit. 20 sq ft. One room, open floor plan. Unheated space, not for the weak of heart. Up to code? Hahaha. Lit only by push button battery powered night lights.
Broke the rules here though. Verbal lease, under market rent. Rented to family and they haven't paid ANYTHING. Not sure what to do. They don't work much, but eat a lot.
I don't know if a judge will allow me to evict someone from a 20 sq ft pallet clubhouse that my kids reside in every time they are outside to play. I'm interested to see how the allure holds up under this type of abuse though.
Once in a while it is inhabited by the ESA backyard wandering chicken who mistakes it for a nesting box when laying an egg. Nothing but the best for family and flock. :) --174.201.xx.xxx |

You can try the "cash for keys" approach but most likely they will just take the cash, spend it and then just start "residing" back in the place anyway.
A few years back I was thinking about purchasing a property for my wife and I closer to our daughter so we could visit but then I said "you know what, I'm thinking that's a bad idea because I'm almost 100% positive there would be some blonde haired chickie here everytime we came".
