Hello, do any of you have any suggestions or strategies for selling a property yourself to avoid as much fees and commissions as possible? I really appreciate it. It's a great 3000 Sq ft home in a nice area with a market value of around 260k. Purchased for 220k with 5% down at 4% with about 200k left on the loan.
