If you LL's aren't using this website, GET ON IT!! You can look at a prospects aliases, past addresses, relatives and associates in seconds.
PRICELESS INFO!!
I just looked up a deadbeat and it shows his addresses that coincide with previous evictions and the people he was evicted with LISTED AS POSSIBLE ASSOCIATES!!!
Don't forget to opt out your info.
Then when they move owing money, you can track future addresses as they show up, PLUS AND THIS IS HUGE, you can find the addresses and any new addresses of emergency contacts to send their bills to.

NE I went as far as pay to play for one month and the extra 3 for PDF file. Seems pretty accurate for who where looking for. I think once we work it a while -- we'll get much more and easier info from it. TKS.

Agreed -- I've been using and recommending that site for a couple years now. It has been great for tracking people down.
However, just so people know -- especially myob -- FamilyTreeNow does NOT HAVE A PAID PLAN. They simply advertise for other places that do more detailed backgrounds. So, I think myob may be confused about who he actually paid or signed up for if he did a paid plan anywhere.
FamilyTreeNow has links to "View Full Background Report" or "Find Way More Info", but those links all jump off to 3rd party sites like TruePeopleSearch and PeopleFinders. They are just referring you to somewhere else if you click the buttons to pay.
Just something to be aware of if you decide you want to pay for more info. (Which I do not do currently.)

Pulling up one of my tenants, I see they are associates of every other tenant that ever lived in that unit.
I am an associate of Tractor Supply ... I think because when you order online there it gets shipped in your personal name UPS to the store to avoid shipping charges.
I have a HUGE list of prior residences ... although I've only lived in 3 houses my entire life. I have all kinds of relatives and associates I don't know... I think I know who knows some of them but not positive what their connections are (such as my sister-in-law's neighbor in another state is an associate of mine)... again, guessing ... they get mail or deliveries for each other. --72.70.xxx.xxx |
