Hey fellow Landlords, I just purchased a 4 unit building in Pontiac, a duplex in Madison Heights and a duplex in Keego Harbor (for those of you not familiar, these are suburbs of Detroit) within the last 3 months. I have used most of my cash to purchase and fix up these home and looking to do a couple of flips.

Can anyone recommend a short term lender that can offer purchase money and repair money?
