Today, UPS delivered a package of Omaha steaks to me from my insurance agent , she insures all my rental properties, vehicles and personal home.
A local restaurant that I have lunch at once or twice a week gave me lunch today.
Getting to know the people you do business with has its perks and it’s nice to know you’re appreciated, and they are too.

Leads me to believe that if we show the same appreciation to teni they too may bond.
Last Friday I popped into a small cafe in a small town looking for a big dessert. They put ice cream on warm apple pie.....and gave it to me free.
