Just received an email today about one of our studios and she complained that she has tried to contact us several times and no one ever answered...

I search my Preview Questions worksheet - no info and I've been using that for a few years now. So I search my email and lo and behold, she sent her first email to me in 2010! At the time she said she was "moving back to the beach." There are a number of emails over the years, 2010, 2012, 2014, 2016...and they all say she is moving back to the beach to be near family...

Interestingly enough, there are a number of responses from me telling her to either answer my formerly-emailed preview questions, or me sending her an actual application, and then also sending her to the Preview Questions on my website...

She does not have a local job or a place to live (after 8 years of trying!)

I guess I must be the reason she can't get back here somehow!? --50.82.xxx.xx
