I believe it...if they work enough hours. However, here is the trick....
When you ask for their W-2, you won't see the $50,000...it's mainly cash tips that they don't claim to avoid paying taxes. That's why when wife and I go out to dinner..we pay/tip with debit card...then they have to claim it. We tip well, but think everyone should pay their taxes like we always have. --99.92.xxx.xxx |

Hoosier... really? Wow! $50K in my town is FAR above the median wage for a single person. Even a FT employee would be averaging $25/hour... Guess if SB is paying them $10/hour it's possible they're averaging $15/hour in tips if folks getting their morning Joe fix are super generous. I know full service restaurant servers who make less than that.
Anyway, I sent them a copy/paste of the standard canned message with a link to my pre-screen form. We'll see....
